Holy Family reopens for inperson meetings starting Monday 7/26. There’s no wifi down there but Zoom meeting links will stay live.

For those wanting to avoid inperson meetings during the coronavirus outbreak, you can use this website to navigate to virtual meetings set up for all Minocqua AA meetings until the end of May for now. Click on the links below (in bold) to “go to” the meeting. The first time you do it, you’ll be prompted to download the Zoom app - which is free. If you’re clicking into the meeting directly from the link on this page, you can ignore the numbers in parenthesis. Those are useful if you’re opening Zoom first. Make sure the icons for video and audio are enabled.

One way to think about these emeetings is that each one has been created as an empty room. Clicking on the link is your ticket in. The rooms will automatically open at the meeting time. If you get there early, be patient, you’ll eventually find yourself inside. If you’re having technical difficulties, feel free to reach out to Tara at tlwoolpy @gmail and we’ll get things up and running for you. For more Zoom tips, scroll all the way down to the end of this page, including videos Adam put together to help us all figure this out.

Zoom has recently started requiring passwords for all meetings. If you’ve been coming to the meetings through links on this page nothing will change but if you’ve been typing in call numbers, the numbers are the same but there’s now a password which for all the meetings is sober. Pass it on.

People have been very generous in helping pay for our Zoom account. We’re paid up through Oct. 2021 at this point so save your contributions for when we’re back in person. Thanks so much for all your support!
